Reservation and Bookings
1How can I make a reservation?
You can make a reservation, a tentative no-obligation booking or a general inquiry simply going to the Reservation Page and completing the required information. You can also contact us directly by phone, text message or email using the contact information at the bottom of every page.
2Are there any taxes or service charges added to your rooms rates or other charges?
12% VAT (Philippine Value Added Tax) is added to your accommodation charges and restaurant/bar bills. There is no additional service charge, but a tip is always welcome if you feel it is well-deserved.
3What is the maximum number of people I can book in a villa?
The maximum is typically 2 adults per bedroom. Most rooms can accommodate an extra bed or cot for children or infants, too. But we understand that different groups have different needs and we will work with you to find the best combination of accommodation to meet your needs. The more information you can give us regarding your preferred sleeping arrangements for the adults, children, and infants in your party then the better we can advise you. For small groups or separate singles, the multi-bedroom villas offer very cost-effective accommodation while retaining a high level of privacy.
4How do I know when my booking has been confirmed?
Upon receiving the required deposit, we can automatically send the confirmation of your bookings.
