Lalaguna Villas is committed not only to fine dining but also catering to the health-conscious guest and particularly those with specific dietary requirements, whether by choice or due to allergy.
Our gourmet chefs prepare meals using the freshest and highest quality ingredients available. Our chickens are free range. Our bread is homemade, baked fresh daily. Also important is what we leave out. We do not use MSG, and some dishes are designed to suit guests with specific food intolerances.
We have coded our menu to signify the suitability of each item for those with specific requirements, food allergies or intolerances so that all guests can order with confidence that there will be no unexpected inadvertent surprises from undisclosed ingredients. The coding symbols are set out below.
Naturally, the coding can only apply to the recipes used in the dishes in their standard form. Our chefs welcome variation requests from patrons and will comply wherever possible, but such variations may mean any associated symbolic codes no longer apply.
Our menu is co-designed by our chefs and a medical doctor experienced in diet and nutrition. We hope you enjoy whichever meal you choose.
